 | |  | | Created in 2007, it International Competition Women and Wines of the World proceeds each year in Monaco .
In 2009, it International Competition Women and Spirits of the World also proceeded there.
Each year of the professional tasters (they were 50 in 2009) of various nationalities (oenologists, distillatrices, winemakers, viticultrices, negotiating, purchasers, journalists, oenophilists…) judged with the blind man of the wines and spirits coming from all the countries of the world .
This professional tasting gives rise to a prize list: the wines and the spirits are rewarded by Novas for Diamond, Gold Nova or Silver Nova.
To develop these wines and these spirits throughout the year, the Club Women Wines & Spirits of the World invite stared chiefs, chiefs, cookers, students, gourmets of all horizons, which are baptized “the Tastes and Flavors Pairologists” to associate each wine or spirit awarded preceded with an original recipe.
At the time of this season III Women and Wines of the World and season I Women and Spirits of the World last April, 89 Novas were decreed.
This year, not of set of themes, therefore all the recipes imagined by the Tastes and Flavors Pairologists are created according to the season and their inspirations of the moment…!
A challenge which is already raised with plume for most preceded wines and spirits.
